Happy Friday my lovelies! I hope you've had a wonderful week and are looking forward to the weekend. We don't have much planned, but that doesn't mean there isn't a ton of stuff to get done - always playing catch-up over here.

I'm sharing a handful of the things that have made me happy this week - I'd love to hear yours too, so please comment and share! xx

1 // My little bird is finally feeling better after dealing with over a week of sickness. She was plagued by the impossible-to-avoid daycare illness as it made its way around her classroom the other week. It has taken quite awhile to get back to normal...although I say "normal", but that is just in relation to her health, because now we have to deal with getting her back on schedule and not thinking she needs to be held and snuggled 24/7. I know you other mamas know what I'm talking about ;)

2 // Have you checked out the Sugarfix by BaubleBar jewelry at Target recently? They aren't all my cup of tea, but I just loved these earrings when I saw them the other day - and they were only $9.99!

3 // I got my hair cut (just a trim!) the other day at a new salon and it was such an awesome experience. I'm super weird about getting my hair done...pretty particular, and I was really happy with my new place. It's an Aveda salon, and I was overwhelmed by all the products they offered - what are your Aveda favorites? I picked up this one at the recommendation of my new stylist and I love it so far, but I definitely want to try more things out the next time I'm there.

4 // I've found a couple more churches for us to visit and I'm hoping we can get to one of them this Sunday. We are trying to find the right fit for our family - somewhere that is somewhat modern and contemporary, but very open-minded and more focused on the ideas of striving to be better people and helping those in need than anything.

5 // This recipe is one of my favorites and it is on repeat in our house - so tasty and refreshing, it really is the perfect spring dish!
